Job: Technical Support Engineer, Churchill Recruitment

Our client, a designer and manufacturer of Door Entry systems seeks to recruit and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the technical department in its functions and responsibilities on a day to day basis. In addition, you will assist the sales team in the creation of quotations for non-standard systems, providing advice and guidance on company products. You will be required to respond to all telephone enquiries of a technical nature from both installers and end users, providing support and assisting in the resolution of problems and faults they are experiencing. Other responsibilities will include the creation of site specific drawings, assisting in the approval of products to architects and consultant, conduct staff and customer training and provide after-sales service and support to customers both on and off-site as required. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the door entry industry and possess a high level of technical knowledge and experience.
